SEED
Discovery and strategy. We learn your work, find where agents earn their keep, and name the bottlenecks worth automating first.
森 · a forest of AI agents, planted for you.
An AI workflow automation studio. We design and build multi-agent systems that run quietly inside the tools your team already uses every day.
BEGIN A CONVERSATIONMost multi-agent setups ask you to become an engineer first. We build the forest for you. Agents named, tools wired, memory shared, ready to take orders in the language your business already speaks.
Every engagement moves through one or more of these. You can start with the seed and stop, or stay through the tending. Your call.
Discovery and strategy. We learn your work, find where agents earn their keep, and name the bottlenecks worth automating first.
Build and deploy. We design the agent team, wire it to your tools, and ship the setup live. Usually weeks, not quarters.
Ongoing care. Agents drift, business shifts, new workflows appear. We stay on to tune, expand, and keep the forest healthy.
A short call. Free. We learn what slows your team down and where agents can carry weight.
A scoped proposal with price, timeline, and deliverables. All clear before anything is built.
We ship in weeks, not quarters. You watch your team get its hours back.
If you want a chatbot widget for your website, you can build that yourself. We build agents that do the work. Quietly, on real tasks, in tools your team already lives in.
The honest answers to what comes up most. Tap any question.
A working multi-agent setup configured for your business. Agents named, prompted, connected to your tools, and operating inside a chat interface your team already uses (typically Discord). Not a demo. Not a slideshow. A team of agents doing real work.
The first useful agent is usually live within two weeks of kickoff. A full multi-agent team, with five or six agents collaborating on real workflows, typically takes four to six weeks. We ship in increments, not in one big launch.
Two layers. A one-time setup fee scoped to the complexity of the workflows we're automating. Then a monthly retainer for ongoing tuning, new workflows, and adjustments as your business changes.
Pricing is shared after the first call once we both know the scope. No retainer is required. Clients who want a one-and-done build can take the keys when it's shipped.
Almost nothing. AI subscriptions you already pay for or want to (OpenAI, Claude, MiniMax, Kimi, Gemini), a Discord workspace where the agents will live (we'll set one up if you don't have one), and a few hours showing us how your team actually works.
Hermes for orchestration, Discord as the chat layer where you and your agents talk, and any AI provider you choose for the underlying intelligence. For tooling, the agents can connect to Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and most APIs your business already touches.
On your own infrastructure and accounts. Morika doesn't host the agents. We build them inside your Discord, with your API keys, on your machines where it matters. The data, the conversations, the keys all stay with you.
We have access only when you give it. We hand it back when the work is done.
Up to you. Many clients keep us on a monthly retainer to tune prompts, add new agents, and respond to what the team learns from working with them. Others take the keys and run it themselves. Both are fine. We'll never push you onto a retainer you don't need.
Yes. Most engagements do. We pick one painful, repetitive workflow, automate it well, and let the rest grow from what you learn. Smaller starts ship faster and prove the value before you commit further.

Send a note to art@morika.studio with one sentence about the work you want help with. We'll set up a short call within a few days. The first conversation is free and there's no expectation of going further.
One sentence about what you'd like to automate. We'll respond within a day.
No demo deck. No discovery sprint we charge you for. Just a half hour of figuring out whether what you need is the kind of thing we build.
